What are you shooting with? How do you get the colors I’m seeing in this and even in your open-air shots? Are you photoshopping for saturation or is your CCD that good?
I’m using an Fuji F31fd. It’s well known for having a cracking CCD and being one of the best point-and-shoots for low light levels, which is why I love it so much. These pictures had no processing done on them at all, and most of my other shots only get auto-level correction if that (i didn’t use it on these, because it removed all the nice orange glowness from my halogen lamp heater).
I might have used the chrome colour setting on my camera in the open-air shots, but I can’t remember now. But, yeah, the F31fd rocks. They don’t make ’em anymore, but they’re worth picking up, especially since they have AP and SP settings as well (which i don’t use, because i don’t know enough about them…… i’m going to learn, though, because i’ve got a manual film pentax as well now that i need to play with).
